New Product Development?

Tube Amplifier Design.
Amplifier design is one KBO Dynamics areas of expertise and we have experience in both guitar and Hi-end audio amplifier design. In particular we specialise is tube (valve ) amplifiers, our policy is to overcome many of the problems associated with tube amplification utilising technology which was not available to the audio and guitar amp designers of the 1940’s and 50’s. We always ensure that the tube audio signals remain untouched, so the sound of the tubes remain pure.

Amplifier Design Upgrades
At KBO Dynamics we appreciated that it might not always be cost effective for OEM’s to continuously launch new products as
this can be costly and why change a product if there is a market for it? This is a typical scenario within the guitar amplifier market, i.e. the many of designs have been around for years and have become iconic, so the drive for change may not be strong. In these circumstances it is often better to enhance existing amplifier designs rather that to start from the ‘drawing board’. KBO are always delighted to have the opportunity to work with customers to create an upgrade solution that satisfies all requirements.

Power Supply Solutions.
KBO have developed a range of switch mode power solutions for high, medium, and low power applications. Our solutions can be integrated with other KBO products and can help achieve increased efficiencies, reduce stand-by power, whilst meeting the industry's 1W initiatives. Due to our involvement within amplification projects, we have become innovators in the generation of high tension voltage solutions (400-450v dc outputs “@250W, which can often result in the elimination of costly and heavy mains input transformers. |
